This terms of use agreement (hereinafter referred to as the 'Agreement') along with the private policy governs the use of this website and all purchases made by the visitors (hereinafter referred to as 'you' or 'user') from this website. Book Your Trek reserves the right to deny registration of any user if the user does not expressly assent to the terms of use agreement. BYT reserves the right to change or revise these terms of use agreement on this website. The changed/revised agreement shall be effective immediately after being posted on the website. Your use of the website after such revision or changes shall imply your acceptance to the changed/revised agreement.
The packages made available by Book Your Trek on website are offered on ‘as is’ and ‘as available basis’. No modification or concessions can be made to the packages. Furthermore, Book Your Trek gives guarantees or warranties for the reliability, suitability or punctuality of the services provided under the packages opted by you through the website. The same are subjected to adjustments and modification depending on circumstances, including but not limited to, Acts of God, Road Blockages, delayed arrival, accidents and other circumstances beyond the control of BYT. The packages availed by the user shall be confirmed only after the payment of the complete cost of packages. The website provides various payment methods through third party gateways for the convenience of the users. The user shall avail of these mediums for payment at their own risk. We are takes no responsibility for the risks and damages that may occur to the user by making use of these payment gateways.
If the user wishes to cancel any booking due to any reason whatsoever, the same shall be only valid if Book Your Trek is notified of the cancellation in writing on its official address, at least 15 days before the commencement of the trip or adventure activity. Any refund due to the user by BYT shall be subject to cancellation charges. Written cancellations will only be acknowledged if they are received by BYT on their official address on working days. Cancellation request received on Sundays and public holidays shall be processed only on the next official working day.
The following refund shall be payable to the user in case of valid cancellation of a booking:
-> If the cancellation request is received before 45 days from the commencement of the trip, the whole amount paid for the trip will be refunded.
-> If the cancellation request is received within 30 to 45 days from the commencement of the trip or package 75% of the trip cost shall be refunded.
If the cancellation request is received between 15 to 30 days from the commencement of the trip, 50% of the trip cost shall be refunded.
-> In cases where the cancellation request is not received before 15 days from the commencement of the trip We shall not be liable to pay any refund.
Cancellation for booking made within 15 days of departure date will not be liable for any refund.
-> The abovementioned refunds are subjected to deductions for any expenses that may have been incurred for hotel booking or transport etc, by BYT.
-> In cases where the request for cancellation is received after the commencement of the trip or if the user voluntarily drops out of the trip for any reason whatsoever, We shall not be liable to pay any refund.
-> Furthermore, no refund shall be payable by BYT for any of the service or facility provided by BYT in its packages, but not availed by the user.
Book Your Trek take utmost care that the content and the services provided in the website are accurate, however some inaccuracies or deficiencies in the content and the services may occur. The information and the packages provided on the website may be availed by the user at his own risk.
